Carlisle Wide Plank Floors membership is granted to professional Design Trades only. To qualify, please provide at least two of the following:
• Proof of valid membership from one of the follwing (e.g. current membership ID):
- ASID American Society of Design Trades or international affiliate
- IIDA International Interior Design Association
- IDS Interior Design Society
- CID Certified Interior Decorators International
- NKBA National Kitchen & Bath Association
• URL/Website for your business
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each trade professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Membership
Membership is not transferable. A membership can only be used by the named trade professional. The named trade professional must present his/her valid membership number to receive the trade referral fee at time of purchase. If two trade professionals are contracted on the same job order referral fees are split evenly between both members. Referral assignments are on a first come first serve basis. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination.
Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade referral fee for unauthorized purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade referral fee through certain channels of distribution, resale through any retail or auction Web site or store, reimbursement of trade referral fee upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership number, and submitting false, expired or incorrect information on a membership application.
